Zululand Energy Terminal (ZET)

Project partnership described by its participants as Vopak Terminal Durban and Transnet Pipelines, developing the proposed LNG import terminal at the Port of Richards Bay. TNPA signed a 25-year terminal-operator agreement with ZET in February 2025. Publicly announced project targets are tracked separately from verified delivery milestones.
